The Google review QR code that tells you before they leave a bad one
Find your business, print the code, and every customer is two taps from a Google review. Happy ones go straight to Google. Unhappy ones reach you first, by WhatsApp, while you can still do something about it.
- Free, no account
- Print-ready artwork
- Alerts before they post
Pick the exact location — the QR code points at that profile.
How it works
- 1
Find your business
We pull the official review link straight from your Google Business Profile.
- 2
Print the QR
Pick a template, download the PDF, put it on the counter.
- 3
Watch it work
Every scan and rating lands in your dashboard.
What you get
A QR that points at your real review page
Built from the official Places API link, not a guessed URL that breaks when Google changes its scheme.
Ratings you'd otherwise never see
Every rating is recorded, including the ones that never reach Google.
An instant heads-up when someone's unhappy
A WhatsApp message within seconds, with their comment, so you can fix it.
Print-ready artwork
A4 poster, table tent, business card, sticker sheet, receipt footer — PNG, SVG and PDF at true physical size.
Where to put it
The print pack covers each of these spots — pick the ones that fit your business.
- Counter or till — the first thing a customer sees while paying
- Every table — no one has to hunt for it
- Receipts and invoices — works even without a storefront
- Takeaway bags and thank-you notes — catches customers after they leave
- Entrance door — for the people walking out happy
Who it's for
Counter and storefront businesses
Restaurants, salons, dentists, auto repair, retail — the customer has just paid and is standing right there.
Service-area businesses
Plumbers, electricians, cleaners — no counter, but a finished invoice and about a minute before they move on.
Anyone running more than one location
One QR per location, each with its own dashboard.
How this differs from a plain QR generator
| This tool | A plain QR generator | |
|---|---|---|
| Points at your official Google review link | Yes, from the Places API | Usually a hand-built URL |
| Records every rating | Yes, including low ones | No, you only see what reaches Google |
| Tells you about unhappy customers | Instant WhatsApp alert | Nothing |
| Suggested review text | 5-7 per scan, each used once | None |
| Print-ready templates | 5, at true print size | Bare black square |
| Scan analytics | Per-QR dashboard | None |
| Cost | Free | Often watermarked or gated |
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no card. You verify a mobile number over WhatsApp so we can send you the print pack and your alerts.
Do customers need an app?
No. Any phone camera opens it.
Why does the QR go to your page instead of straight to Google?
Because that's the only way to show you every rating and warn you about an unhappy customer before they post. The Google link is one tap away for anyone who wants it.
Can I change where the QR points after printing?
Not in this version. The code is tied to the Google profile you picked, so pick the right location before you print.
Does it work for businesses without a storefront?
Yes. Service-area profiles work the same way; put the code on the invoice.
What happens to the suggested review text?
Each suggestion is offered to one customer only, then retired, so no two people submit the same words. The customer can always write their own instead.
